Erwin Capalungan Insurance acts as a broker and is not liable for coverage decisions made by insurance carriers. We are not responsible for losses resulting from uninsured perils, policy exclusions, or failure to maintain coverage.

All client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable insurance regulations. We maintain confidentiality but may share information with insurers as required for underwriting and claims processing.
